By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. If you need to return an item, the following guidelines will assist you through the process.  


Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be returned in their original state.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery.  
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within this timeframe.  

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.  


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Email your return request along with your Order ID and reason for return to cloventpartnerspvtltd5@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence    
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear images showing the issue to help us process your request efficiently.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions    
Once your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for completing the return process.  

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not comply with the stated conditions.  


Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the process is completed.  


Partial Refunds  

In cases where the returned item only partially meets the eligibility criteria (such as minor damage or incomplete packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it promptly.
